Job description

Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume cold calls into the US market on behalf of clients across various industries including B2B SaaS, healthcare, and finance
  • Rapidly learn client products, ideal customer profiles, and objection patterns to adapt pitches effectively
  • Navigate initial brush-offs to turn cold prospects into qualified, booked meetings
  • Qualify prospects against specific client criteria to ensure high-quality meetings for closers
  • Maintain strict CRM hygiene by logging all dials, conversations, and booked meetings
  • Hit daily dial and weekly meeting-booked targets consistently

Requirements

  • Proven experience with high-volume cold calling specifically targeting the US market
  • A documented track record of booking qualified B2B meetings from cold outbound dials
  • Ability to ramp up quickly on new products, industries, and sales pitches
  • Clear, confident, and natural spoken English suitable for US prospects
  • Strong discipline regarding CRM management and daily activity targets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience qualifying warm inbound leads in addition to cold outbound prospecting
  • Previous experience working in an agency, BPO, or outsourced SDR environment managing multiple client accounts
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools and CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Close
