Responsibilities
- Make high-volume cold calls into the US market on behalf of clients across various industries including B2B SaaS, healthcare, and finance
- Rapidly learn client products, ideal customer profiles, and objection patterns to adapt pitches effectively
- Navigate initial brush-offs to turn cold prospects into qualified, booked meetings
- Qualify prospects against specific client criteria to ensure high-quality meetings for closers
- Maintain strict CRM hygiene by logging all dials, conversations, and booked meetings
- Hit daily dial and weekly meeting-booked targets consistently
Requirements
- Proven experience with high-volume cold calling specifically targeting the US market
- A documented track record of booking qualified B2B meetings from cold outbound dials
- Ability to ramp up quickly on new products, industries, and sales pitches
- Clear, confident, and natural spoken English suitable for US prospects
- Strong discipline regarding CRM management and daily activity targets
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience qualifying warm inbound leads in addition to cold outbound prospecting
- Previous experience working in an agency, BPO, or outsourced SDR environment managing multiple client accounts
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools and CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Close
