Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Research and build targeted prospect lists based on ideal client profiles
• Identify key decision makers such as Directors of Security, Operations, or Facilities
• Conduct professional outbound calls to qualify needs and book discovery meetings
• Execute tailored email outreach customized by industry and prospect pain points
• Maintain disciplined CRM management in HubSpot, including logging calls, emails, and notes
• Qualify prospects across service lanes including security staffing, training, and consulting
• Set and coordinate discovery meetings with leadership, providing detailed meeting briefs
• Execute consistent follow-up discipline to ensure no qualified prospect is left without a next step
• Submit weekly sales activity reports covering calls, emails, and meetings booked

Requirements

• Highly organized and disciplined professional
• Ability to conduct consultative, professional outbound calling
• Proficiency in CRM management (HubSpot preferred)
• Strong research skills for lead list building and decision maker identification
• Excellent written communication for tailored email outreach
