Responsibilities
- Prospect and close net new customer deals across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and other GCC countries.
- Develop and shape overall deal strategy and structure to meet customer business outcomes and goals.
- Identify and close strategic up-selling opportunities by understanding clients’ core business needs as they scale.
- Monitor regional AI and HPC initiatives and build long-term strategic account plans.
- Attend industry events and represent FluidStack at relevant AI, cloud, and digital government forums across the Middle East.
- Utilize market and competitor knowledge to develop unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Participate in cluster build-out discussions with senior leadership, product, and engineering teams based on client needs.
- Proactively identify and develop prospect connections through digital outreach and event attendance, steering potential customers through the sales funnel.
- Accurately manage and communicate monthly forecasts and pipeline.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
Requirements
- Located in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, or Qatar.
- Proven success in navigating complex enterprise or government sales cycles in the Middle East.
- Existing relationships with organizations leading AI initiatives in the region.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
- Experience with ministries, sovereign wealth funds, or national R&D entities.
- Exposure to AI/ML, HPC, or chip-level infrastructure sales (NVIDIA, AMD, Google TPU, etc.).
- 5+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud, or SaaS at a high-growth tech start-up.
- Strong quantitative and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication with C-level clients.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- BA/BS degree.
