Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis
• Develop business plans aligned to the assigned territory
• Strategically engage with customers and business partners to maintain high service levels
• Collaborate with marketing to execute plans through partners and end users
• Own and oversee all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, RFP responses, and closing
• Lead technical resources to demonstrate product advantages to customers
• Manage discussions across all levels of a customer's organization, from stakeholders to technical decision-makers
• Utilize Salesforce and other reporting tools for accurate forecasting

Requirements

• Strong communication skills for first engagements and discovery calls
• Ability to competitively position solutions against Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt
• Experience leading virtual teams (presales, partner managers, professional services)
• Ability to create and execute territory and opportunity plans
• Willingness to travel approximately 50 percent yearly

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in an IT, business, or sales related field
