Salesforce Administrator & CX Systems Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Salesforce Service Cloud configuration including objects, fields, page layouts, flows, and validation rules
• Troubleshoot user issues and handle routine maintenance and data hygiene
• Support integrations between Salesforce and other support tools
• Own the roadmap for telephony and contact center platforms, including CTI integration, call routing, and IVR
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate telephony rollouts
• Build and maintain dashboards for support performance metrics like volume, response times, and CSAT
• Identify trends and flag operational issues surfaced by data

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience (Service Cloud preferred)
• Experience with contact center or telephony platforms (e.g., Amazon Connect, Five9, Twilio Flex, NICE, or Genesys)
• Proficiency in building reports and dashboards in Salesforce or BI tools
• Strong cross-functional communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Must be currently based in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator certification
• Experience in fintech or regulated industries
• Contact center migration experience
• Basic knowledge of crypto and blockchain
