Salesforce Administrator

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Salesforce Service Cloud configuration including objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, and permissions
• Troubleshoot user issues and handle routine maintenance and data hygiene
• Support integrations between Salesforce and other support tools
• Own the roadmap for telephony and contact center platforms including CTI integration, call routing, and IVR
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate telephony rollouts
• Build and maintain dashboards on support performance such as volume, response times, resolution rates, and CSAT
• Identify trends and flag operational issues surfaced by data

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience with Service Cloud preference
• Experience with contact center or telephony platforms like Amazon Connect, Five9, Twilio Flex, NICE, or Genesys
• Proficiency in building reports and dashboards in Salesforce or BI tools
• Strong cross-functional communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Based in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator certification
• Fintech or regulated industry experience
• Contact center migration experience
• Basic crypto/blockchain knowledge
