Responsibilities

  • Implementing and customizing Salesforce processes based on business requirements

  • Managing permissions and providing user support
  • Building reports and dashboards
  • Participating in cross-organizational projects to enhance system functionality

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience
  • Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Strong business and process understanding
  • Business Analysis experience
  • Experience with Flows, Validation Rules, and Reports
  • Good command of English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with APIs, integrations, and complementary tools
