Job description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and calls across multiple team members
- Manage and maintain shared team calendars using scheduling tools
- Confirm appointments with clients and send reminders as required
- Reschedule and resolve calendar conflicts efficiently and professionally
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to manage availability and booking changes
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and update systems in real time
- Support the operations team with additional administrative scheduling tasks
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a scheduling, coordination, or administrative role
- Proficiency with Google Calendar, Calendly, or Outlook
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of bookings calmly and accurately
- Matric certificate required
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
