Job description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and calls across multiple team members
  • Manage and maintain shared team calendars using scheduling tools
  • Confirm appointments with clients and send reminders as required
  • Reschedule and resolve calendar conflicts efficiently and professionally
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to manage availability and booking changes
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records and update systems in real time
  • Support the operations team with additional administrative scheduling tasks

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a scheduling, coordination, or administrative role
  • Proficiency with Google Calendar, Calendly, or Outlook
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage a high volume of bookings calmly and accurately
  • Matric certificate required
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
