Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Partner with Product Owners and Engineering Managers to ensure clear prioritization and alignment of sprint goals
• Remove blockers, manage dependencies, and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes
• Track and analyze sprint metrics such as velocity, burn-downs, and cycle time to improve efficiency
• Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration across cross-functional teams
• Support multiple squads working on communications, AI, platform, and customer experience
• Coach and mentor team members and stakeholders in agile mindset and practices
• Collaborate with compliance, security, and data teams to ensure seamless agile delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II) or equivalent agile certification
• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile software development environments
• Proven experience working within consumer platforms
• Strong understanding of agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
• Proficiency with agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or Azure DevOps
• Exceptional facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven mindset with experience using delivery metrics to drive improvement
