Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts across the Middle East and Africa
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives
  • Lead strategic account planning, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and joint business plans
  • Identify and execute growth initiatives from ideation through to implementation and KPI tracking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Marketing, and Product to remove execution blockers
  • Troubleshoot partner technical and operational issues, including connectivity and API integrations
  • Negotiate commercial improvements including commission, pricing, and promotional alignment
  • Use AI-enabled tools to improve account planning and the quality of insights shared with partners

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management with a track record of managing complex accounts
  • 4+ years of experience in the tech industry (travel tech preferred)
  • Proven experience working within the Middle East and/or Africa markets
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken)
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen with comfort managing KPIs and performance data
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license
