About the Company

Bicycle Health is a telemedicine group that specializes in the evidence-based treatment of individuals with Opioid Use Disorder using buprenorphine. Our mission is to increase access to high quality, affordable, convenient and confidential Opioid Use Disorder treatment for all.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records to track assets, liabilities, profit and loss, and tax liabilities
• Prepare monthly balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements
• Maintain accounting records, files, and the general ledger
• Manage AP, Credit Card, and Employee Expense Reimbursement platforms
• Set up new accounts, reconcile accounts, and close monthly books using NetSuite
• Reconcile payroll, customer, vendor, and other financial accounts
• Verify and complete payment of invoices associated with accounts payable
• Assist external auditors by gathering necessary account information and documentation
• Assist with contract renewals and ensure database accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 7+ years of accounting experience
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with AP, Expense Reimbursements, and corporate credit cards
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to meet constant deadlines and prioritize work
• Proven success working independently and collaboratively
