Senior AI Design & Engineering Process Lead

Responsibilities

• Redesign the design workflow to integrate AI-generated prototypes into the production process
• Build and maintain robust design systems, component libraries, and tokens
• QA prototype fidelity by translating AI-generated prototypes into production-ready Figma files
• Introduce and train teams on AI-native design tooling and prompt engineering
• Define standards, templates, and review checklists for AI-assisted workflows
• Collaborate across Product, Solutions, and Engineering teams
• Evaluate AI-generated frontend code quality and help establish engineering review standards
• Bridge the gap between Figma designs and React components to ensure production parity

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or platform products
• 1–2 years of active experience using AI tools in a professional design workflow
• Working knowledge of frontend engineering, specifically reading and evaluating React and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with AI prototyping tools like Lovable, v0, or Bolt
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants like Cursor, Copilot, or Claude
• Strong background in building and maintaining design systems at scale
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with PMs and engineers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Figma Dev Mode and design-to-code workflows
• Ability to ship small frontend fixes or components independently
• Experience setting up AI-powered testing or QA pipelines
• Experience mentoring teams on AI tooling adoption
• Background in HR tech, fintech, or compliance-heavy domains
