Senior AI Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and user needs for AI-enabled digital experiences
• Translate strategic vision into actionable product roadmaps, epics, features, and user stories
• Own and continuously refine the product backlog in Jira
• Provide clear product direction and timely decisions to Agile development teams
• Lead or participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and sprint reviews
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and security partners to deliver AI features
• Ensure AI use cases address privacy, security, and responsible AI guardrails
• Define testable acceptance criteria and support product validation
• Monitor delivery progress and communicate status and tradeoffs to stakeholders
• Gather user feedback and use insights to recommend roadmap adjustments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis or a relevant field
• Minimum of 10 years of product owner, product management, business analysis, or Agile delivery experience
• Advanced proficiency using Jira
• Demonstrated experience delivering AI features in digital applications
• Working knowledge of privacy and responsible AI guardrails
• Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Product Owner certification
