Senior Analyst, Payments

Responsibilities

• Analyze cash inflows and outflows to ensure sufficient liquidity for merchant processing and strategic FX trade reviews
• Take full ownership of the payment lifecycle, including preparing, inputting, and auditing merchant, scheme, and working capital transfers
• Manage daily bank account reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy and resolve exceptions
• Serve as the primary technical contact for payment investigations
• Continuously improve operational documentation and identify automation opportunities to ensure efficient procedures
• Manage relationships with external banks and card schemes to resolve operational queries
• Oversee bank account administration to ensure compliance with internal controls
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support the launch of new products and achieve operational readiness

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in treasury or payment operations
• Proficiency in Kyriba
• Proficiency in Looker
• Strong organizational skills and a process-driven mindset
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage complex tasks with precision
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
