Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of supporting schedules for form 10-Q, 10-K, and proxy
• Perform tie out of form 10-K and 10-Q
• Assist with tracking and recording clinical trial and research-related expenses, including vendor accruals and study-related costs
• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals and other standard closing entries
• Assist with internal and external auditor requests
• Participate in process improvements, financial system implementations and/or enhancements
• Assist with ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• 4+ years of experience in accounting
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cross-functionally and across geographies
