About the Company

LISC Fund Management (LFM) is a national impact investment platform that designs, raises, and manages mission-driven funds to expand access to capital for housing and small businesses in communities across the country. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for an assigned portfolio of debt and equity investments.
  • Monitor borrower performance through analysis of financial statements, operating results, and property cash flows.
  • Review loan documents to ensure compliance with covenants, reporting requirements, and credit conditions.
  • Prepare portfolio analyses, loan summaries, and impairment reports for management review.
  • Manage watchlist, non-performing, and defaulted loans, including structuring loan modifications and workouts.
  • Collaborate with Underwriting, Construction Management, Legal, and Servicing teams.
  • Conduct periodic site visits and annual portfolio reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in loan asset management.
  • At least 2 years of experience in non-consumer or commercial lending.
  • Experience managing debt and equity investments within real estate funds.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing commercial real estate financial statements and property operating performance.
  • Experience with watchlist assets, workouts, or special asset management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Smartsheet or portfolio management systems preferred.
  • Familiarity with affordable housing finance (LIHTC, NMTC, or HTC) is a plus.
