Senior Associate, Marketing & Growth

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle marketing strategy across audience acquisition, registration, engagement, and retention for Axios Live Essential events
• Lead audience acquisition through multi-channel campaigns including email, paid social, and organic social
• Manage email marketing execution, including drafting, QA, and deploying the complete event email lifecycle
• Build and maintain marketing dashboards to track campaign performance and translate data into actionable recommendations
• Partner cross-functionally with Editorial, Events, Partnerships, and Design teams to ensure audience-first event planning

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM, or event marketing
• Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across email, paid media, and owned channels
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign performance and audience data

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Sailthru or similar marketing automation platforms
• Familiarity with CRM and CDP platforms such as HubSpot or Segment
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email marketing
