Senior Backend Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement functional, high-quality software solutions and robust architectures
• Lead technical projects and assume leadership of operational tasks
• Collaborate with upper management to define software requirements
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical discussions
• Conduct thorough testing and use system monitoring tools to ensure reliability

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Senior Backend Engineer
• Proficiency in NodeJS, Java Spring, or Ruby on Rails
• In-depth knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Cloud services (AWS, Google, or Azure)
• Extensive experience with Git and automated testing frameworks
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities
