Senior BI Lead

Responsibilities

• Build core KPI dashboards to monitor lifeline metrics such as User Growth, Net Flow, Open Interest, P&L, and Liquidity Depth
• Develop specialized monitoring for derivatives, including Long/Short ratios, liquidation data, and Funding Rate fluctuations
• Establish tiered dashboards for affiliates and partners to track acquisition quality, deposit conversion, and commission ROI
• Collaborate with the Data Warehouse team to ensure 100% consistency between BI display logic and underlying models
• Conduct deep-dive research into business pain points, such as user churn and marketing effectiveness
• Identify anomalies including arbitrage behaviors or bonus abuse patterns within marketing campaigns
• Manage BI toolchain customization, permission hierarchies, and design self-service models for Operations and Marketing teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the crypto industry with a deep understanding of Spot, Futures, Margin, and Copy Trading
• 5+ years of experience in BI/Analytics, preferably building exchange metrics systems from the ground up
• Expertise in at least two visualization tools: QuickBI, Superset, Tableau, or Metabase
• Advanced SQL skills for calling complex dimensional models
• Proficiency in Python (Pandas/Plotly) for advanced analytics
• Ability to translate vague business requests into scientifically sound data points
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude) to assist with complex queries and data validation
