Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and analysis activities supporting the expansion of Lilly Direct
• Elicit, analyze, validate, prioritize, and document business, functional, nonfunctional, process, and data requirements
• Create current-state and future-state process models, data models, workflows, and use cases
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions with cross-functional stakeholders
• Maintain requirements traceability and support backlog refinement and testing
• Partner with Product Owners and Agile delivery teams to sequence work

Requirements

• 10 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Demonstrated experience in the direct-to-consumer digital pharmacy industry
• Proven experience producing high-quality business, process, requirements, and data documentation
• Experience with Jira required
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis or a relevant field

Preferred Qualifications

• Agile Product Owner experience
• Advanced data and process modeling experience
• Technical writing experience
