Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain dashboards and automated reports to track KPIs for store openings, lease performance, occupancy cost ratios and project timelines.
- Partner with leasing, finance and operations to ensure accurate, timely data capture for property and project metrics.
- Provide data-driven insights on performance trends, risks and opportunities; deliver clear storytelling dashboards and presentations to senior leadership.
- Develop forecasting and scenario models to assess market and financial impacts on site selection, expansion, relocation and refurbishment decisions.
- Support financial modelling and business cases for developments and renovations, assessing CAPEX, rent levels, build-out costs and ROI.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities across leases, construction and operations via benchmarking and comparative analytics.
- Oversee and continuously improve the Retail Property Development database; implement data taxonomies and metadata for cross-functional integration.
- Automate data validation, reporting and performance tracking using advanced analytics tools.
- Explore and implement AI-driven tools and predictive analytics (e.g., rent prediction, site scoring); partner with Digital/Data Science teams on models.
- Act as the analytical link between Property Development, Finance, Accounting, Leasing, Marketing and Operations; support executive business reviews.

Preferred Qualifications

- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
