Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and maintain business, functional, and technical requirements for enterprise systems and data initiatives
• Draft and maintain system and data architecture diagrams, data models, and workflows
• Manage user provisioning and role-based access across enterprise applications
• Troubleshoot system and data issues and coordinate resolution with vendors
• Develop native Kantata, NetSuite, and Salesforce reporting solutions
• Support the design, development, and maintenance of centralized reporting in Power BI
• Partner with internal and external vendors to develop and deliver enhanced system integrations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or related field
• 3–6 years in business analysis, enterprise systems support, or data/reporting environments
• Experience with CRM, ERP, PSA, analytics, or integration platforms
• Hands-on experience with Jira and participation in scrum rituals
• Working knowledge of SQL, Power Query (M), Apex, or SOQL
• Understanding of integrations, APIs, and data workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, ADP, Salesforce, NetSuite, Kantata, or DataBlend
