Senior Business Analyst/Data Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Translate business and technical requirements into test conditions, acceptance criteria, and validation strategies
• Build, execute, and maintain automated and manual tests for healthcare data, APIs, and applications
• Write SQL queries to investigate data quality, confirm business rules, and identify inconsistencies
• Validate data-ingestion and ETL processes by comparing source data to target outputs
• Partner with developers and product owners to resolve complex application and data issues

Requirements

• Active DoD Secret clearance
• 5+ years in software testing, data QA, or business analysis
• Proficiency with SQL data-validation queries and relational databases

Preferred Qualifications

• Federal or military healthcare background
• Knowledge of HIPAA-aligned data practices
• Experience with Azure DevOps or cloud-hosted applications
