Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical processes to develop information processing systems
• Coordinate with business and technology teams
• Serve as a lead analyst for continuous process improvement and change management
• Conduct requirements gathering and define scope and objectives
• Use quantitative analysis for data and process measurement
• Act as an instrumental player in a SAFe scrum team
• Provide guidance and coach less experienced professionals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of related experience
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL or SQL scripting
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Ability to document complex data and reporting projects
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with CMS or medical data systems
• Experience with ETL, Reporting, and APIs
• Experience with data migration and maintenance
• Agile certifications (SAFe, CSM, etc.)
