Responsibilities

  • Strategic market expansion: Target EMEA-based companies from gaming developers and publishers to creator platforms, positioning Coda as their growth catalyst
  • Complex deal handling: Navigate C-suite environments, crafting multi-product commercial packages combining payment infrastructure with distribution and custom commerce solutions
  • Consultative selling: Lead discovery with key decision makers on payment strategy and market expansion strategies, helping them to monetize digital content
  • Cross-functional leadership: Champion deals internally with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Finance teams to accelerate time-to-value
  • Market intelligence: Stay ahead of payment trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive movements across EMEA

Requirements

  • Payments Expertise: 6+ years B2B experience in payments/PSPs/orchestration/SaaS with strong track records
  • Sales DNA: Consistent quota achievement, hunter mentality, complex pipeline management, multi-product deal orchestration
  • Industry knowledge: Deep digital economy understanding - gaming, content, creator platforms, or adjacent verticals (wallets, digital marketplaces, fintech, etc.)
  • Regional expertise: EMEA client experience; multilingual capabilities (English + French/German/Russian/Arabic) will be a strong advantage
  • Modern approach: AI-enabled workflows, strong CRM discipline, data-driven decision making

On the consumer side, we operate a portfolio of trusted storefronts including Codashop, Recharge.com, Startselect.com, mobiletopup.co.uk and other local sites that give customers secure and easy access to digital credit, game vouchers, gift cards and prepaid products.
