Senior Business Process Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project management activities including schedule development and risk mitigation
• Maintain project plans, dashboards, and delivery roadmaps
• Track progress across Scrum and Kanban teams using Jira
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
• Monitor sprint health metrics such as velocity and burndown
• Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements
• Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Use Jira, Confluence, and AI tools for project tracking and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience
• 3+ years of project management, business analysis, or Agile delivery experience
• Proven experience tracking projects and managing schedules
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
• US citizenship

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with refugee and immigrant population or social programs
• Understanding of ITIL or other process improvement frameworks
• Experience with integration of business and operational data into Jira and Confluence
