Senior Category Manager

Responsibilities

• Transform data into compelling storytelling journeys to drive audience action
• Partner with Sales teams to enhance business management and identify growth opportunities
• Act as a trusted category advisor to retailers, presenting unique insights and opportunities
• Manage the development of channel and retailer-specific selling materials
• Define the category look of success, including shelving and merchandising recommendations
• Coach and develop a team of direct reports to maximize business impact
• Synthesize multiple data sources to track KPIs and evaluate business performance
• Analyze pricing, assortment, and merchandising variables to identify growth opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
• 7-10 years of category management experience
• Experience with 84.51
• Significant experience with scanning data sources like Circana or NIQ
• Mastery of panel data sources such as Numerator or Circana
• Experience with JDA or other space planning software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Expertise in natural and functional beverage trends
