Senior Consultant, Agentic Change Enablement

Responsibilities

• Apply structured change management methodologies like Prosci/ADKAR or Kotter to design strategies for AI and Workspace transformations
• Facilitate Gemini Enterprise Discovery Workshops and conduct change impact analyses
• Define success metrics and KPIs to track adoption progress and organizational health
• Support and coach senior leaders and executive sponsors on change leadership
• Manage resistance to AI by developing targeted mitigation strategies
• Build and activate "Gemini Captain" change champion networks
• Develop persona-based learning journeys and role-based training programs
• Create compelling change narratives and high-quality enablement assets using Google Workspace tools
• Lead Gemini Enterprise Pilot programs and manage Vanguard Cohorts
• Establish support systems including Slack/Teams channels and self-service support agents
• Generate weekly usage and adoption reports for stakeholders

Requirements

• 3–6+ years in organizational change management or management consulting
• Proficiency with change management frameworks (Prosci/ADKAR preferred)
• Experience supporting cloud or SaaS adoption programs (Google Workspace or Google Cloud)
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for C-suite executives
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, or Communications

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI adoption (Gemini or Vertex AI)
• Experience at a Google Cloud Premier Partner or technology consulting firm
• Ability to collaborate with technical engineers and data scientists
• Experience building adoption dashboards and reporting metrics
• Expertise in running strategy workshops using Miro or Mural
