Senior Content Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead content initiatives to support communications, thought leadership, and brand awareness
• Develop thought leadership campaigns showcasing industry expertise
• Serve as lead writer, editor, and strategist for case studies, product sheets, and emails
• Create content for industry award programs and event speaking engagements
• Collaborate with partners to incorporate higher education trends into content strategies
• Maintain a blog calendar aligned with company goals and OKRs
• Support Product Marketing and Digital teams with ABM programs to generate leads
• Create and enhance webpage content using SEO and GEO best practices
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and analytics to drive measurable business outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in copywriting or communications
• Impeccable grammar and exemplary writing skills
• Excellent proofreading and editing skills
