Senior Contract Analyst | IT Governance

Responsibilities

• Manage the contract lifecycle from onboarding to renewals and terminations
• Act in vendor governance and support strategic portfolio management
• Identify opportunities for vendor consolidation and cost optimization
• Conduct analyses of contracts, risks, and expiration dates
• Monitor purchasing and payment processes in partnership with Finance, Legal, and S2P
• Ensure reliability of contractual databases and area indicators
• Support integration processes resulting from acquisitions
• Administer corporate card governance for tool and service contracting
• Act as a focal point for technical leadership regarding vendor decisions
• Propose process improvements, automations, and controls

Requirements

• Experience in contract management, vendors, procurement, or governance
• Experience with administrative and financial processes related to service contracting
• Experience with controls, indicators, and data management
• Intermediate or advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills
• Experience with ERPs or procurement systems is desirable

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in post-acquisition integration (M&A) projects
• Knowledge of Strategic Sourcing or Vendor Management
• Experience with SaaS software licensing management
• Experience in IT Governance, FinOps, or Technology Procurement
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, or process automation tools
