Senior Customer Onboarding Manager

Responsibilities

• Run one-on-one onboarding sessions to coach customers through list growth, automations, and campaigns
• Guide large customers through the setup process to ensure strong ROI within their first 60 days
• Mentor and develop junior team members while acting as an escalation point
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to iterate on the customer journey
• Develop onboarding frameworks and best practices for multi-channel marketing strategies
• Maintain deep expertise in marketing technology, industry trends, and regulatory compliance

Requirements

• 5+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS or software
• Experience project managing Enterprise-level customers
• Proven experience in coaching and mentoring team members
• Strong problem-solving abilities, including technical troubleshooting
• Familiarity with lifecycle and retention marketing (segmentation, sequencing, automation)
• Experience with multi-channel marketing (SMS, push, direct mail, etc.)
• Experience in high-growth, early-stage environments preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Ecommerce or martech industry experience
• Strong process orientation and ability to drive repeatable experiences
