Senior Customer Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage integrated transformation plans across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups
• Maintain program timelines, milestones, dependencies, and success measures
• Develop and maintain executive-level status reporting and KPI dashboards
• Coordinate recurring governance activities, including steering committees and operational reviews
• Identify potential risks, blockers, and cross-functional dependencies
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations leaders
• Align program plans with adoption and readiness objectives in partnership with the Change & Adoption Manager

Requirements

• Proven experience in Program Management, Project Management, Business Operations, or PMO
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience building executive presentations and status updates

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, or Lean Six Sigma certification
• Experience in a SaaS or technology company
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Product development processes
• Exposure to automation, workflow optimization, or AI-enabled tools
