Senior Cybersecurity Awareness Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and execute Security Awareness campaigns, including phishing simulations and social engineering exercises
• Perform human risk analysis to identify high-risk behaviors and translate findings into targeted training
• Apply behavioral science concepts to create effective and engaging security content
• Act as an internal security communicator through newsletters, onboarding, and cross-functional communications
• Build and maintain metrics and dashboards to track program effectiveness and behavioral trends
• Collaborate with HR, Communications, and Legal to integrate security awareness into corporate culture
• Utilize AI tools to personalize content and analyze behavioral data
• Partner with CSIRT to transform real incident data into educational case studies

Requirements

• Experience designing and executing corporate Security Awareness programs
• Knowledge of human risk and behavioral science applied to security communication
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for non-technical audiences
• Experience with phishing simulations and social engineering exercises
• Ability to measure program impact using KPIs and behavioral data
• Practical experience using AI tools for content creation and analysis
• Advanced English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with platforms like KnowBe4 or Proofpoint Security Awareness
• Experience with Human Risk Management concepts
• Knowledge of cognitive biases and social influence applied to security
• Experience with Security Champions programs or distributed awareness initiatives
• Experience creating video content and interactive modules
