Senior Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Develop models to understand customer behavior, identify interaction timing, and recommend offers.
• Transform complex business challenges into high-impact analytical solutions.
• Connect model performance to business results using product and business metrics.
• Select appropriate modeling approaches considering performance, interpretability, and scalability.
• Develop scalable production solutions using MLOps and model monitoring best practices.
• Communicate technical results through data storytelling to provide business recommendations.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge in Statistics, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.
• Advanced expertise in Causal Inference, Bayesian Inference, Deep Learning, NLP, Generative AI, or Prescriptive Modeling.
• Practical experience with Generative AI, including LLMs, embeddings, RAG, and intelligent agents.
• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL for large-scale distributed data processing.
• Experience with Databricks ecosystem (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, MLflow).
• Experience with frameworks such as Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
• Strong knowledge of A/B Testing and statistical evaluation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building Data Science products in digital, product-oriented environments.
• Experience developing AI solutions in high-scale environments.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary Product, Engineering, and Business teams.
• Expertise in Recommendation Systems and large-scale personalization.
• Proven impact applying Generative AI to products.
