About the Company

Valence is an AI-native coaching platform for enterprise, providing personalized guidance to leaders and employees. We are pioneering leadership coaching for large enterprises using the latest advances in machine learning and natural language processing.

Responsibilities

  • Own and architect the entire AWS infrastructure landscape
  • Design scalable infrastructure platforms and CI/CD pipelines for multiple teams
  • Lead security infrastructure initiatives including SIEM, EDR, and automated scanning
  • Manage infrastructure costs and optimize autoscaling for ML/data pipelines

Requirements

  • 7+ years of DevOps experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Strong expertise in AWS and Terraform
  • Proficiency in Python and Shell/Bash scripting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Ansible
  • Background in enterprise security processes and infosec functions
  • Experience with Go, PHP, or Ruby
