Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert business requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize infrastructure and developer experience (DX) within the platform
- Adhere to strict security and data protection standards
- Validate technical feasibility of PRD documents and translate requirements into engineering practices
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues quickly
- Manage deployments and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of innovation

- Experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
- Based in LATAM
