Senior Director, Lifecycle Marketing

Seed Health is a microbiome science company pioneering clinically validated innovations for gut and whole-body health. We've built a profitable DTC business with category-leading retention and a robust clinical pipeline, expanding our reach across new channels and markets.

Responsibilities

• Own the full acquisition lifecycle including lead capture, prospect nurture, and conversion journeys
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle strategy for onboarding, engagement, cross-sell, churn prevention, and winback
• Manage strategy and execution across email, SMS, and push channels
• Build and own the lifecycle experimentation program using holdouts and incrementality testing
• Develop measurement frameworks for lead-to-member conversion, retention curves, and cohort LTV
• Partner with Digital Product and Performance Marketing to align lifecycle with broader growth goals
• Build and lead a high-performing lifecycle marketing team

Requirements

• 8+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing
• Deep experience in subscription or DTC businesses at scale
• Proven track record of owning both acquisition and retention lifecycles
• Analytical fluency in cohort analysis, retention modeling, and incrementality
• Proficiency with modern lifecycle tools such as Iterable, Braze, or Klaviyo
• Strong understanding of data architecture to partner with engineering teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in health, wellness, or premium consumer brands
• Familiarity with Shopify and subscription platforms
• Exposure to personalization or ML-driven targeting systems
