Senior Director, Value Creation Strategy

Responsibilities

• Support the development of financial and operational goals to drive margin improvement, cash generation, and operating margin.
• Implement a new value creation framework to unlock margin improvements for reinvestment in growth and market share expansion.
• Assess and prioritize improvement opportunities across the full P&L, defining data requirements and building compelling business cases.
• Lead and execute cross-functional initiatives, including tariff mitigation strategies and productivity programs.
• Develop and maintain a robust governance model to drive business integration and regular reporting to executive leadership.
• Build organizational capability through strategic modeling, opportunity analysis, and the sharing of industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related business discipline.
• 15 years of related professional experience.
• 10 years of proven enterprise leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience in supply chain strategy or business strategy.
• Experience working within a multinational company.
• International experience and the ability to work with diverse global teams and cultures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a strategic consulting company or a commercial/operations practice group.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale programs in a matrixed environment.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to evaluate complex business scenarios.
