Senior Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure financial compliance by reviewing monthly and quarterly financials for accuracy
• Own the integrity of the general ledger and comply with local accounting and tax requirements
• Design, operate, and improve key financial controls and lead remediation for audit findings
• Act as the CFO for Wise Fintech Network LLC in UAE, reporting to the local Board
• Serve as the primary finance contact for regulators, external auditors, and internal audit
• Lead annual statutory audits, including planning and stakeholder communication
• Manage periodic regulatory reporting with high accuracy
• Partner with Regional Expansion, Banking, Compliance, and Product teams to support business growth
• Work with global FP&A teams to build budgeting and forecasting for the MEA region

Requirements

• Experienced finance professional in financial controlling, audit, advisory, or management accounting
• Background in Banking, FinTech, or financial services
• Deep understanding of UAE financial reporting standards and IFRS
• Expertise in financial resources controls and industry-specific regulatory rules
• Skilled in data analysis and managing complex stakeholder groups
• Ability to act as a finance business partner providing commercial insights
• Self-starter capable of working with minimal guidance in a flexible environment
