Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive planning, scoping, and delivery of complex implementations
• Serve as technical escalation point for integration and custom implementation issues
• Lead technical discovery calls with customers and translate requirements into stories
• Propose and influence architectural decisions and implementation approaches
• Represent the Forward Deployed Engineering function in product feedback and prioritization
• Drive continuous improvement through delivery playbooks and technical mentorship
• Write and debug production and integration code in Python, JavaScript, and SQL

Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
• 6-8+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, or technical product/program management experience
• Deep expertise in debugging complex integrations and building custom solutions
• Strong communication skills for leading discovery sessions and managing client expectations
• Demonstrated track record of mentoring engineers and creating documentation
• Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and Python
