Senior Global Clinical Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined portion of Carrot's provider network, building and maintaining strong relationships across assigned clinics and geographies
• Participate in provider contract negotiations and rate discussions
• Support provider escalations and complex issue resolution
• Proactively identify and escalate partnership-related risks and dependencies
• Define, track, and analyze partnership and network KPIs including provider utilization and performance
• Synthesize data and market trends into recommendations for leadership
• Identify opportunities to improve clinic workflows and the end-to-end member experience
• Partner cross-functionally to improve scalable partnership management and contracting processes
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of partnership data across core systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2–4 years of experience in partnerships, account management, or a related role
• Understanding of fertility clinic practices, patient journeys, and office operations
• Strong knowledge of medical billing and coding, particularly within fertility care
• Experience in contract and rate negotiations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using CRM or tracking tools such as Salesforce or Airtable
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in the fertility industry or a healthcare provider setting
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, Zoom, and Jira
• Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
