Our diverse team consists of 20+ professionals – engineers, artists, animators, event and business managers. And now we are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer. At Cyberdrone, we view graphic design as visual storytelling that engages, informs, and inspires. We're in search of a talented professional who can transform ideas into engaging visual content for both print and digital media. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the latest design software and a strong grasp of the entire design process, from the initial concept to the final output.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with various teams to brainstorm and plan for a variety of projects, including web pages, presentations, promotional materials, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials.
  • Create top-quality designs that fit our brand identity following strategic directions.
  • Establish and maintain design standards and practices to ensure consistency and efficiency in all creative work.
  • Handle multiple design projects at once, setting priorities and managing resources.
  • Design visually appealing content that meets brand guidelines and audience needs.
  • Stay current on industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve our creative output.
  • Ensure timely delivery of design work, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work closely with teams across different departments, like marketing and product teams, to understand project needs and goals.
  • Produce engaging content for various marketing channels, including websites and press releases.
  • Regularly review designs, provide feedback, and help team members develop their skills.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Expertise in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, AE, XD).
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and visual communication.
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team, even under tight deadlines.
  • Must have a strong portfolio relevant to the digital and tech industries, demonstrating skill in corporate digital design.
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
  • Ability to visualize concepts effectively.
  • Able to Manage digital assets on cloud platforms.
  • 3D skills are a bonus (experience with C4D, Houdini, RS, Karms, Arnold).
  • Experience in marketing communication is a plus.
