Senior iOS Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced iOS applications using Swift, UIKit, and SwiftUI
• Implement design patterns such as MVC, MVVM, and Clean Architecture
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define and implement new features
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure high-quality user experiences
• Mentor and guide junior engineers to foster a culture of learning and growth
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from concept to deployment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in iOS application development
• Backbase certification (MUST)
• Strong proficiency in Swift and Objective-C
• Experience with iOS frameworks including UIKit, Core Data, and Core Animation
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Understanding of Apple's design principles and interface guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in unit testing
• Proficiency in reactive programming (RxSwift, Combine)
