Senior IT Operations Engineer

Responsibilities

• Strategize and implement advanced IT solutions to enhance end-user support and system management
• Lead projects to improve SaaS and AI tool estate, ensuring efficient, secure, and compliant operations
• Mentor junior engineers and guide their professional development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT operations with company objectives
• Support audits and access reviews for SaaS and AI tools, tracking usage and spend

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior IT operations role
• Hands-on experience with enterprise AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar)
• Expert knowledge of macOS environments and SaaS platform administration
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
• Exceptional English communication skills
• Experience in remote work environments
