Senior IT Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical liaison across CMS/CCIIO and contractor leadership
• Manage GDIT's contract performance, including SLAs, KPIs, and CPARs outcomes
• Lead multiple concurrent projects and releases across geographically dispersed teams
• Establish governance mechanisms and continuous improvement initiatives based on Agile best practices
• Translate policy direction into actionable delivery plans and executive briefings
• Integrate program management with technical oversight across AWS and Salesforce platforms
• Design KPI dashboards and reporting for performance transparency
• Champion automation and AI/ML-enabled optimization for operational decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of IT program/project management
• 8+ years of experience managing CMS programs, preferably with ACA or NSA operations
• Managerial experience in mission-critical technical environments
• Demonstrated Agile experience and proficiency with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence
• Experience with cloud platform operations (AWS, Salesforce) and data governance
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• Must have lived in the US for at least 3 of the last 5 years

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Salesforce services and data management
• Experience leading organizational adoption of AI/ML technologies
• Active PMP, Scrum, Agile, or SAFe certifications
• Cloud certifications in Salesforce or AWS
