Senior IT Specialist - Finance & HR Systems

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support integrations between ERP system (Dynamics 365) and other internal/external systems.
• Analyze and design solutions to meet business requirements. Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Supply Chain Management, and Human Resources modules.
• Document and map solutions to business requirements and user stories.
• Identify security needs, develop security profiles, manage user access, and ensure compliance with Dynamics 365 best practices.
• Test ERP applications, create test data, and address user testing issues.
• Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions with end users.
• Proactively contribute in planning and project status meetings.
• Provide ongoing support for ERP applications, including applying patches, deployments, upgrades, troubleshooting configuration/data issues, and maintaining system performance.
• Support ERP data integrity, troubleshoot data issues, and assist with reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.
• Ensure data quality and seamless data transfer between Finance, Supply chain, and HR systems.
• Configure and manage Dynamics 365 Modules to align with business processes.
• Identify Dynamics 365 data sources to facilitate Power BI development.
• Monitor application performance and optimize functionalities.
• Develop and implement internal control measures for accurate financial reporting and data management.
• Configure and maintain financial structures in Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to Dynamics 365 Finance configuration.
• Collaborate with Finance teams on legal entities and account structures setup.
• Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
• Execute other responsibilities and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree-level qualifications in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in a techno-functional ERP role.
• Extensive experience in MS Dynamics 365 modules configuration and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 architecture and its modules (Finance, Supply Chain, HR).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; MS SQL knowledge for database management and complex query construction (highly desirable).
• Experience in administrative and technical support, ideally within Finance & Operations or Computing environments.
• Experience in ERP data source identification and integrations (e.g., Power BI, HR Platform).
• Business analytics experience for defining requirements, data mapping, and process documentation.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical, proactive approach.
• Strong foundational accounting skills.
• High attention to detail and comfort working in complex environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines.
