Responsibilities

• Architect and operate the internal technology ecosystem using code-first automation
• Administer and integrate business-critical SaaS systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zendesk
• Engineer internal automation systems using Python, Go, or similar languages
• Build and maintain API-driven integrations and internal CLI tools
• Introduce AI-driven workflows and LLM-driven knowledge retrieval
• Design the "IT Golden Path" for automated onboarding and identity provisioning
• Ensure security and compliance adherence to ISO frameworks and Zero Trust principles

Requirements

• 8+ years in IT Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Platform Engineering
• 3+ years in a senior role owning internal business systems at a SaaS company
• Mastery of scripting in Python, Go, Bash, or Node.js
• Experience operating GCP and AWS environments
• Strong expertise with REST/GraphQL APIs, OAuth, and webhooks
• Deep knowledge of macOS and Linux
• Experience with SSO, SAML, SCIM, and identity lifecycle automation
• Experience supporting security audits like ISO 27001, SOC2, or GDPR

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing AI-driven automation using LLM APIs
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
• SRE mindset applying SLIs/SLOs to internal IT services
