Responsibilities

• Architect high-performance, scalable backend systems for logistics networks
• Drive backend architecture and make critical technical decisions
• Design and deploy sophisticated, clean-architecture backend systems
• Tackle complex problems involving high-traffic transaction systems and database optimization
• Build and consume robust third-party API integrations
• Provide architectural oversight and mentor other developers

Requirements

• 5+ years of heavy Laravel development experience
• 6-7+ years of hands-on API development experience
• Proven experience with third-party API integrations (authentication, webhooks, error handling)
• Direct experience managing complex, high-traffic applications
• Strong SQL indexing and performance tuning skills
• Excellent and fluent English speaking skills
• Ability to work independently in a 100% remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and the Repository pattern
• Experience with TDD (PHPUnit / Pest)
• Proficiency with Redis and Queue systems
• Experience with Inertia.js or Livewire
