Senior Manager, Clinical Applications & Data Integration

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Clinical Applications Specialists
• Serve as the subject matter expert for EHR systems and clinical applications
• Partner with Practice Transformation Managers, Operations, and internal technology teams to align EHR optimization with value-based care goals
• Develop and maintain standardized EHR workflow guidance, templates, and optimization playbooks
• Manage clinical data integration activities including data feed operations and vendor coordination
• Identify and remediate data gaps in collaboration with engineering teams and EHR vendors
• Own QRDA I file acquisition and submission operations
• Lead point-of-care workflow tool implementation and adoption across the partner network
• Translate field-level EHR and data feed findings into actionable inputs for engineering teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare data integration, EHR operations, or clinical application management
• Experience supporting ACO programs including MSSP, ACO REACH, or Medicare Advantage
• Hands-on experience with EHR integrations and troubleshooting data quality issues
• Experience with EHR platforms such as Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, Oracle (Cerner), or Practice Fusion
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, CCD-A, QRDA I, and flat file clinical data standards
• Experience working within cloud-based data environments like Databricks or Azure
• Prior people management or team lead experience
• SQL proficiency for querying and validating data
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with clinical data models or standardized clinical data frameworks
• Experience coordinating with engineering teams in sprint-based delivery environments
• Experience with clinical workflow and integration tools that embed insights at the point of care
• Familiarity with clinical data aggregation platforms and data quality monitoring frameworks
• Knowledge of CEHRT requirements and CMS regulatory compliance processes
• Experience working directly with provider practices to optimize EHR workflows
