Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Responsibilities

• Support Starface's budgeting process and manage rolling forecasts
• Own budget-to-actual reporting and variance analysis
• Maintain and evolve financial models, including scenario modeling and ad hoc analysis
• Build robust cross-functional Finance touchpoints
• Integrate Finance within the S&OP process
• Support management reporting and month-end close review
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate FP&A processes within NetSuite
• Bring a commercial finance perspective to key business decisions

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or a related finance function
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills
• Experience working within a growing, complex business
• Highly analytical and metrics-driven with strong judgment
• Strong cross-functional partnership skills
• Clear and effective communicator
• Experience in investment banking, private equity, or an MBA is a plus
